Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have authority to accept these terms. Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Our services

FREEstore provides tools and services to help you create and launch online stores. Features, availability, and offers may change. Store examples, testimonials, and marketing materials are illustrative; we do not guarantee sales, profits, traffic, or any particular business result.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for operating your business, including products, advertising, fulfillment, customer service, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

Pricing, payments, and refunds

The price, currency, scope, and any recurring charges for an offer are displayed before purchase. By purchasing, you authorize the disclosed charges through our payment providers. Free offers include only the services described in the offer. Third-party platform subscriptions, domains, apps, advertising, and other operating costs may be charged separately by those providers.

Any refund or cancellation conditions shown at checkout or in the offer apply to that purchase. Contact support about billing concerns. Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware; interfere with security or service availability; or attempt unauthorized access. Do not resell access to the services without our permission.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you provide and grant FREEstore permission to use it as necessary to deliver and support the services. You must have the rights needed to submit that content. Our website, branding, software, and materials remain owned by us or our licensors.

You may use store materials delivered to you for your business, subject to any disclosed third-party licenses. AI-generated materials may not be unique and may contain inaccuracies. Review them for accuracy, suitability, and the rights needed for your intended use.

Third-party services

Our services may integrate with or link to Shopify, payment providers, domain providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, pricing, content, or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, FREEstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant services in the 12 months before the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice. Terms intended to survive termination, including payment obligations and liability provisions, continue to apply.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with an updated date. Where required, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please contact us first to try to resolve concerns; any mandatory rights to bring a claim in your local courts remain unaffected.
